# MVP Roadmap

The road we have to journey to reach nirvana

Wega aims to develop a comprehensive NFT betting platform but recognizes the challenges in achieving this goal. To validate the ideas and get to market quickly, the plan is to start building an NFT swapping D'app. This will be followed by a protocol that distributes NFTs based on the outcome of a game, allowing users to bet on the game's winner and receive NFT rewards. These steps will create a foundation for the platform and help attract new users.\

⭕️ **Phase 2: NFT Swapping D'app (3-6 months)**

* [x] Find grants to bootstrap and start developing
* [ ] Design the user interface and user experience
* [ ] Integrate the platform with a decentralized infrastructure
* [ ] Develop the NFT swapping architecture and infrastructure
* [ ] Test and refine the NFT swapping escrow with a small group of early adopters
* [ ] At the end launch the NFT swapping escrow and begin attracting users<br>

⭕️ **Phase 3: NFT Betting Protocol (3-6 months)**

* [ ] Research and evaluate existing P2P Web 2 games that can be integrated with the NFT betting protocol
* [ ] Develop the protocol that distributes NFTs based on the outcome of a web 2 game between two players
* [ ] Integrate the protocol with the NFT swapping escrow
* [ ] Test the NFT betting protocol with a small group of early adopters
* [ ] Launch the NFT betting protocol and promote it to attract new users
* [ ] Start having conversations regarding seed round interests
